John Greuner, Attorney at Law

I am John Greuner, an Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. "Estate Planning and Probate" is my area of specialization, and I am certified as a specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. This practice involves far more than simple processes and procedures. A very broad body of law must be fully comprehended to implement sound plans to protect, control and transfer assets in all situations. Both predictable and unexpected events must be folded into a unified plan to protect, control and distribute.

Some Areas of My Practice

Wills, Codicils (including the various forms of testamentary trusts)

Trusts (revocable, irrevocable, pour-over arrangements, special needs, charitable lead and remainder trusts etc.)

Probate, probate litigation (including will contests), administration of estates (both dependent and independent)

Business Interests (entity selection, formation, protect from outsiders, funded and unfunded buyout arrangements, limiting personal liability etc.)

Real Property Transactions (sales, leases, deeds etc.)

Powers of Attorney (general, special, medical)
